Morning in the Garden

Morning is the best part of the day in June. A little early gathering seems like the civilized thing to do. We have another busy day planned and will be off to the zoo any minute. But a little bird song to start things off sets the tone.

We have layered the linens and set out the odd tea cups and saucers. It feels very Brambly Hedge, but maybe that's the influence of a few storybook pages around the table as well.

I hope your week is off to a great start!
Ciao! for now!
